All purchases are final.
Returns against merchandise credit within a 30 day period from date of purchase and with proof of purchase from EZCLOCKS LLC are subject to approval by EZCLOCKS LLC. Upon approval, EZCLOCKS LLC will issue an RMA and goods shall be returned at the purchaser’s expense in their original packaging including all components and in working condition to the following address:

The purchaser will provide all tracking information to: email@example.com.
Upon reception all goods will undergo inspection by EZCLOCKS LLC and merchandise credit may be issued.
The value of merchandise credit will be that of the returned item excluding all shipping charges associated with the original order and excluding handling fees of $15 per unit.
Merchandise credit will be issued only to the original purchaser/ card holder and will be valid for 60 days from date of return as featured on the return label.

EZCLOCKS LLC warrants its products against defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from date or purchase and with proof of purchase in the purchaser’s / card holder’s name.
If a product defect of failure is suspected, the purchaser must contact EZCLOCKS via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org for further technical evaluation and assessment of warranty coverage.
Should the product warranty apply based on supplied information, EZCLOCKS LLC will then issue a return label for the defective goods.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to repackage the contents so that no further damage occurs in the return shipment process.
Upon reception of the defective unit, EZCLOCKS reserves the right to determine whether parts failed because of defective material, workmanship or other causes. Failure caused by accident, alteration, misuse or improper packaging of returned unit is not covered by this warranty. Any repair performed by the customer without consent of EZCLOCKS will automatically void the warranty.
If warranty coverage is approved, EZCLOCKS will either issue merchandise credit against the original value of the order or ship a replacement unit, at the sole discretion of the customer.
