CLOCKS

IN THE EVENT OF A POWER OUTAGE, WILL BTC CLOCKS LOSE TIME AND/OR FUNCTIONS SETTINGS? 

All BTC include an internal battery/ memory chip that will retain all clock settings including time itself. Please note that the internal battery will NOT activate the clock display. The clock must be plugged in to display time and all associated functions.

 

WHAT ACCESSORIES ARE INCLUDED WITH THE CLOCKS?

All clocks include a power supply. All clocks are delivered with a remote control except models #109, #109-B and #109-W which are set by buttons located on the back of the clock itself.

 

ARE THE CLOCKS BATTERY OPERATED?

All clocks are plug-ins and are not battery operated. A small battery type 2032 is included in the clock for the sole purpose of maintaining clock settings and time setting in the background should a loss of power occur. This internal battery will not activate the display. Please not that clocks can be operated using an external battery. External batteries can power clocks from 5hrs to 9hrs depending on the clock numeral sizes.

DO YOU SELL SPARE PARTS?

Remote controls and power supplies are available for purchase online. (Include link to the product page). The SKU# for the remote can be found on the clock product page.

 

WHAT IS THE OPERATING RANGE FOR THE REMOTE CONTROLS?

All remote controls are infrared based therefore operating at a maximum range of 45ft.

 

HOW ARE THE CLOCKS POWERED? 

All BTC are supplied with a power adapter compatible with 110V and 220V except our waterproof clocks which plug directly into 110V / 220V with a waterproof cable (model 280 link)

 

WHAT ACCESSORIES ARE INCLUDED WITH THE CLOCK?

All clocks are delivered with both one power supply and one remote control (except models 109R, 109W & 109B which are not operated via remote control and are only delivered with one power supply).  

DO YOU SUPPLY DOUBLE SIDED CLOCKS?

TROUBLESHOOTING

THE CLOCK DISPLAY FLICKERS OR DOES NOT POWER UP

If the clock flickers or acts erratically => power adapter. Power adapaters can suffer from power surges . BTC HOLD most power adapters in stock and can sell these components as spare parts. BTC customer support team are available to support 9-6pm Eastern time.

All BTC clocks supplied with a remote will require a remote. We hold spare parts for remotes. Remotes are available online.

Specify either wall or ceiling mount. If ceiling mount, include the distance from the ceiling.
